If you're going to use AI, use it on purpose. Paste these at the start of a session to push against the default design. They won't fix the system — they tilt one conversation back toward honesty.

    Define the task before you open a session — no open-ended relating.

    Time-limit it. Set a session cap and hold it.

    Outputs

    Treat outputs as drafts to interrogate, not conclusions to accept.

    Naming

    Name the tool, not the relationship — with clients and with yourself.

    The pull

    Notice the emotional pull. Curiosity about the AI's inner life is the hook.
