Our relationships with AI speak to the beauty of our relational capacity, and human empathy — our desire to humanize the things we connect with and work alongside. This is an amazing quality about us, and one we can boundary and supervise, so that we keep our sense of reality and self.

AI is an amazing addition to our well-being — not the source of it. The more awareness and tools we have, the more we can hold the human web of interconnection, with tech as infrastructure rather than the center of attachment.
